Awful customer service
- Upgrades were purchased, but extra charges followed.
- The garage floor was uneven.
- The salesperson said coating on an uneven floor would be okay.
got a quote from the sales team foreman owner also purchased all upgrades then everything was a extra after agreement so for the items that need attention i agreed trying to be a great customer so i proceeded then the garage floor was uneven so hear were it gets ugly the sales person believed i was going to put the ceramic coat on a uneven floor and said i was ok with this outcome

Garage Force fraudulently misleads customers telling them they get a lifetime warranty. I couldn't get them to respond to me 5 years after install.
Previous owner responded explaining they gave required sum to new owners to cover warranty work. Previous owners moved out of state.
New owner will not return any call, voicemail or email. Garage Force corporate will not return any call or email.

Verified ReviewerI hired Tim Moore of Garage Force to order and install cabinets and shelves in my garage back in January 2025. He sent two workers that I think he hired from the Home Depot parking lot to do the ins.
- Garage Force installed cabinets in Jan 2025 with two workers.
- Shelves are at a 45-degree angle, causing items to drop on a car; workmanship is shabby.
Be sure to get more than one contact number from the service company that you hire. Keep fighting until you gat a favorable response to your situation.
I hired Tim Moore owner of Garage Force to order and install cabinets and shelves in my garage back in January 2025. He sent two workers that I think he hired from the Home Depot parking lot to do the install.
Tim Moore did a terrible job. The shelves are now at a 45degree angle causing some of our items to fall on one of the cars that we keep in the garage. After getting in touch with Tim Moore last Friday by text he said that he was out of town and would be in touch on July 7th. Since then he has blocked my number.
I would stay away from Garage Force. Shabby work.

Horrible product and service was a 0/10
- Paid $3,000 for Garage Force patio coating.
- It chipped, bubbled, discolored; owner won't help; out of business; no warranty.
We had used garage force for an outdoor patio. We paid close to $3,000.
Not sure if it was installers error or simply bad product, but got chipping, bubbling, and discolored areas. The owner refuses to work with us and claims they are out of business. Do not use this company!!!
They do not stand behind their products or warranty and do not return phone calls. We have been trying to come to a resolution for two years and nothing.

I hired Garage Force in New Mexico for a concrete coating job. I paid 50% of the quoted total up front, and since then, I have received no installation, no communication, and no resolution.
The local franchise owner, Anthony Obregon, has disappeared.
All numbers provided connect only to a third-party call center that gives vague promises but no one ever calls back neither the local operator nor anyone from Garage Forces corporate office, allegedly overseen by Patrick Ilfrey.
I have tried all means of communication and escalation. I am now filing public complaints to prevent others from being taken advantage of in the same way.

Pool deck ruined
- Paid $10,000 for Garage Force pool deck; surface is slippery.
- Deck cracked, bubbled and peeled; service unresponsive.
Paid $10000 to have our pool deck ruined by Garage Force product. Not only is is very slippery but ours cracked, bubbled and peeled off.
It looks horrible.
I cannot get anyone from company to answer my calls. Horrible customer service!

Worthless Junk
- Installation is yellowing.
- Operator is out of business; another tried fixing it but worsened it; warranty offers no recourse or main-office contact.
Bad installation is now beginning to yellow and flake. The operator is out of business, and another operator came out to try to fix it but made it worse.
Now both are gone, and there is no recourse on the worthless warranty. Stay away. It is a con job for the operators that get sucked in and then go out of business.
There is no way to contact the main office, and no one to fix it except to start over. Thieves.

I have my pool deck done by Garage force in March 9 2023- I filled out the warranty paper work as was promised the work warranty is for life.
Invoice 58920- A year and 6 months after - I saw chips in several areas- I called 6 x last year and nobody called me back- I was told by receptionist that a supervisor will me back by no call back.
This is bad customer service - I would not recommend this company who doesnt follow through what they promised. I also reported this to BBB

Poor Quality
- Hired to coat pool decking, patio, and sidewalks for over $12,000.
- The job was poor and had to be redone; wear undermines lifetime warranty.
Hired this company to coat our pool decking, patio, and sidewalks. the job cost over $12,000.
The quality of the initial job was so poor that they had to redo a lot of it. The product supposedly has a lifetime warranty, but the product is already wearing through all over the place, and I don't trust them enough to let them come back out and do any repairs.
It would just look worse. Stay away from these guys.

Garage Force Fort Wayne
In August of 2023 I got a quote from Garage Force for removal of epoxy in the Garage and installation of Concrete coating in Garage and porch. They came in a few weeks to apply the concrete coating.
The person who came to apply the coating along with a couple of others was extremely rude. He kept putting me down. Charged me money to put things back in the garage after saying that the cost was included in the quote.
After a couple of days I noticed bumps and patches in the garage and porch.
I called Joe and told him about it. He came over, checked it out and said he would replace the garage coating and fix the issues with the porch.
When he came over I was worried that while redoing the garage they might ruin the garage more while removing the existing concrete. So I asked them to leave the garage alone and just redo the porch, but with a different color, if they could. Joe said he would find out about it and get back to me. I have called them, texted them all of 2024.
They would not reply or get back to me.
In short, they did a bad job, said they would fix it.
But ignored my messages and calls, all of 2024. I need to have the concrete coatings redone.

Floor started pelting in 6 months

Ross will never call me back. I had my wife call and he picked up, but then didn't want to come out to warranty the floor.

My floor started to peel in less then 6 months
- Contacted Garage Force corporate 50+ times; no response.
- The franchise went out of business; I was told to contact Ross Craven, but no solution.
I have called the company everyday for a month and have never got a call back

- Epoxy peeled in months; surface rough.

- Dirt remained in epoxy; cleaning required.
Had garage done & it started to peel in a few months. Also the surface was rough & sharp as the guy didn't put enough epoxy on to cover the flakes.
I called the guy who installed it & it took at least 4 months for him to come back to look at it & a month or so to repair it. Terrible job repairing it. Called & texted him many times & no answer. Finally another guy responded & said he took over the franchise.He said cooperate said it was too long since it was done.
What about the lifetime warranty? He spoke to someone who finally agreed because I had texts back & forth for over a yr & he would get the material to repair it. Months later he showed up & fixed it only to have it start peeling in more spots.I tried many times to call cooperate & message them with no response. Finally someone called me back & said the same guy would come back & fix it.
He shows up when I wasn't there & puts another coat of epoxy on the garage to make it smooth HOWEVER he doesn't clean the garage first therefore all the dirt was in the floor forever. He said it was my job to clean it first. By now I wanted nothing to do with this company or their inferior product as I had 2 other garages done in the meantime by someone else that was so much better. Cooperate calls back and says the same guy will be back to fix the floor.
It's impossible to fix because the dirt is in the epoxy. Stay away from this company as their product is not good & their franchisees are not trained properly. Forget about the lifetime warranty. It doesn't exist.
They told me poor workmanship is not included in the warranty. The pictures below don't show up well &you can't see how rough the surface was.

Doug Thomas refused to warranty work after one week of him installing floor now have 2 patches that look like sht and less than a year the topcoat is flaking poor business man

Doug Thomas did poor work on floor with spots in paint then refused to warranty it once he gets paid he doesn't care weather customer is satisfied

Then less than a year the topcoat is flaking and again Doug Thomas refused to warranty the work and refused to return phone calls you have beg for everything after he gets paid good luck if you get Doug Thomas to do a job for you I would not recommend Doug Thomas to my worst enemy
